Jtag Technologies: JTAG Live Buzz (Free)

JTAG Live ™ Buzz offers a simple solution for debugging overpopulated boards for contacting by traditional probes or logical analyzers. It is completely free software. It can be employed to verify basic continuity between boundary scan and printed cell. Buzz simply uses the built-in pin access provided in boundary-scan compatible devices (IEEE Std 1149.1) to perform pin-to-pin (Buzz-out) continuity tests and can also sample pin activity on input pins.

    - Infrastructure test.
