ESD Logging Intelligent Test Equipment.
ELITE doesn't just give PASS or FAIL .
What happens if a worker near "FAIL" on the way to the workbench becomes "FAIL" on the way ? Latency, the biggest problem in the ESD industry. Well with ELITE the test parameters can be set internally. How does this help? With ELITE you don't just set the test range with a fixed test limit, but you can also provide a preventive range that informs both the worker and the equipment supervisor that there is a risk of "FAIL" .
Dynamic testing.
The ELITE ESD tester not only tests both wrist straps and footwear, but it tests two-string wrist straps and the heel of the right foot and the heel of the left foot individually. You can set parameters for tailor-made tests for each employee. Say employee A only needs to test the wrist strap, employee B only needs to test ESD footwear but employee C needs to test with both wrist strap and footwear. With ELITE, test parameters can be programmed for each employee separate from each other.
Programmable keyboard.
Not all facilities have barcodes or HID ID cards for their employees. With ELITE, the worker can simply enter the employee's ID number into the tester and then is ready to test.
The keypad is also used to program the device. Supervisors can set the actual test ranges and set the test parameters directly on the unit.
Solid-state test surface.
The ELITE test button is not like any other tester on the market; in fact, it is not a button at all. Its solid-state design has no moving parts or mechanical devices. This means you won't have to worry about push-button switches breaking or deteriorating over time. Just place your finger on the surface and in real time, test results are displayed.
Bigger is better.
The ELITE comes standard with a large 128 × 64 digital LCD screen. It displays the actual test strength for the wrist strap and left and right feet individually. It also displays the employee's name and ID, as well as time, temperature, relative humidity and current online/offline status.
Pass / Fail LED indicators.
The built-in multicolor LED display in 4 colors according to the test results. The icons are vivid and bright.
It's pretty simple, Green - pass, Red - fail, Yellow - about to fail (which means it's time to change your equipment) and finally, Blue - idle state.
Laser Barcode Scanner.
No need to swipe , just slide the ID badge under the scanner and you're ready for verification. The ELITE will take over and set the tester according to the parameters programmed by the supervisor for that individual employee.

PLC output relays.
The ELITE has two built-in output relays. He needs them to connect it to a turnstile, door, or gate and let the tester check whether employees are able to enter the work lab (depending on supervisor settings and based on test results).
The second relay is provided so that a light or some other form of visual representation of test results can be connected.
