GW Instek LCR meter LCR-8220A 10Hz~20MHz with ECMA

The new LCR-8200(A) series consists of four models of high-frequency LCR meters, up to a maximum test frequency of 30 MHz. The entire series mounts a 7-inch color display and features high measurement accuracy (0.08%). Version A provides for ' equivalent circuit model analysis.
Measurement results can be presented numerically or graphically depending on the selected display mode.
A full range of standard interfaces ( USB / RS-232C / Handler and GPIB ) allow the 'user to control the instrument remotely via the most familiar interface without worrying about investment costs for additional hardware.
In addition, the series also provides USB storage function when operating in graphical mode. Measured characteristic curves and DUT-related values are saved for later analysis. The wide variety of functions offered by the LCR-8200 series helps users meet the testing requirements of passive components in both research and development and engineering and production areas.
