The DNA5000 series is a high-performance vector network analyzer (VNA) engineered for accurate and repeatable characterization of RF and microwave components and devices. Designed to support R&D, validation, and manufacturing test, it delivers excellent measurement stability, comprehensive S-parameter analysis, and industry-standard tools including Smith chart, VSWR, TDR, and DTF.
Built on an open, SCPI-compliant architecture, the DNA5000 integrates easily into automated test systems and production environments. Advanced calibration and de-embedding capabilities ensure high measurement confidence, improved repeatability, and reliable extraction of true device performance in demanding applications.
