La serie DNA5000 è un analizzatore di rete vettoriale (VNA) ad alte prestazioni progettato per la caratterizzazione accurata e ripetibile di componenti e dispositivi RF e a microonde. Progettato per supportare le attività di ricerca e sviluppo, la convalida e i test di produzione, offre un'eccellente stabilità di misura, un'analisi completa dei parametri S e strumenti standard del settore, tra cui grafico di Smith, VSWR, TDR e DTF.
Costruito su un'architettura aperta e conforme allo standard SCPI, il DNA5000 si integra facilmente nei sistemi di test automatizzati e negli ambienti di produzione. Le funzionalità avanzate di calibrazione e de-embedding garantiscono un'elevata sicurezza di misura, una migliore ripetibilità e l'estrazione affidabile delle prestazioni reali del dispositivo nelle applicazioni più complesse.
