In base al mainframe utilizzato, è possibile combinare qualsiasi modulo di carico, in modo da personalizzare il sistema di test in base al numero di canali e alla potenza massima del carico, alla tensione e alla corrente di ciascun canale. È possibile collegare più carichi in parallelo per avere un carico di potenza maggiore e poter testare potenze più elevate.
