R&S®LCX100 LCR Meter

The R&S®LCX100 LCR meter covers the frequency range from 4 Hz to 300 kHz.

All instruments also allow for DC measurements. Internally generated voltages up to 10 V cover most applications.

Through an option, voltages up to 40 V can also be applied externally.
A fast data logging function allows all measured values to be recorded up to 10 times per second.
Dynamic impedance measurements can be performed using the advanced analysis function. Using a sweep, impedance values can be determined for a range of frequency values or other parameters.
Measurements can be triggered and controlled externally via digital I/O ports. The binning function allows measured components to be sorted and categorized by their values into up to eight categories.
The large capacitive touchscreen is the central element that facilitates instrument operation through a modern and intuitive interface that graphically displays the results of the
measurements.
Remote controllability and the possibility of installation in a rack make the R&S®LCX meter perfect for integration into automated testing systems.
