TestStation LX2 high-pincount production test system capable of supporting up to 15,360 test points within the same footprint as the LX
It supports program and fixture transfers from the LX and can accommodate test fixtures up to 800 lbs
Testing complex, multi-core routers and servers
Integrated boundary scan, built-in self-test, and powered functional pre-screen requirements
